Blakeney Hotel is a privately owned family run hotel which has a magnificent quayside location with panoramic views across the estuary and salt marshes to Blakeney Point, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

We are looking for talented and experienced Chefs with a passion for fresh food and creating high-quality dishes to join our kitchen team.  This position would be suited to an established Chef de Partie looking for a new opportunity, or a motivated Demi Chef to Partie looking to take the next step in their career.

What you'll be doing

• Working with a great team to prepare, cook and present an exceptionally high standard of food in line with standards
• Ensure a safe yet effective food operation, in compliance with set out health & safety and food hygiene standards

• Creativity and a passion for fresh, quality ingredients
• Previous experience in a busy kitchen environment
• A flexible, professional and friendly manner
• Good organisational skills
• A positive team player with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail

Working Hours:
