We are seeking someone to carry out maintenance activities around the hotel, its grounds and Leisure Facility.

Role of the Maintenance Person:

• Undertaking & recording maintenance checks on hotel plant including boilers, plant, water quality & equipment
• Painting & decorating
• Gardening – including grass cutting, weeding, sweeping patios, terraces & driveways
• Cleaning garden furniture
• Swimming pool maintenance and cleaning
• Maintaining and cleaning garden furniture
• Report any problems with the building or plant
• Keep public areas clean, tidy and presentable
• Operation of our Leisure Facility & related equipment
• Basic plumbing and maintaining small stocks of frequently used consumables

Full training will be given

Experience / Skills of the Maintenance Person:

• A proactive attitude to work
• The ability to use your own initiative and manage your time and workload effectively and work alone as well
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to identify areas of improvement
• Experience in plumbing, maintenance, garden maintenance or trade qualification helpful but not essential
• Willingness to work with other departments as required

Working Hours: Full or Part-time (including weekends).

Location: Blakeney, Norfolk

Contract type: Permanent
