Description
We are seeking someone to carry out scheduled day to day and emergency maintenance activities around the hotel, its grounds and Leisure Facility.
Role of the Maintenance Person:
- Undertaking & recording daily, weekly and monthly maintenance checks on hotel plant including boilers, plant, water quality and
- equipment
- Painting & decorating
- Some gardening duties/law mowing
- Pool/leisure facility maintenance and cleaning
- Legionnaires management
- Flood board checks
- Maintaining and cleaning garden furniture
- Reporting any problems with the building or plant to Management/Proprietor
- Keeping public areas clean, tidy and presentable
- Basic plumbing and maintaining small stocks of frequently used consumables
Experience/Skills
- A proactive attitude to work
- The ability to use your own initiative and manage your time and workload effectively and work alone as well
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to identify areas of improvement
- Experience in plumbing, maintenance, garden maintenance, or trade qualification helpful but not essential
- Willingness to work with other departments as required
- Flexible with hours/days of work
7am to 3.30pm / 10am to 6pm (on a rota basis, including weekends).
Location: Blakeney, Norfolk
Contract type: Permanent
