Porter

Join our team of Porters providing a warm and friendly support to our guests throughout their journey through the hotel. You will meet and greet upon arrival, wave them farewell as the checkout and everything in between.

As a Porter you will have excellent customer service and communication skills and a real passion for ensuring our guests have the best stay possible.

Role of the Porter:

·         Greeting and serving guests

·         Assisting with luggage

·         Dealing with guest queries

·         Assisting with serving afternoon teas

·         Parking assistance

·         Generally keeping all front of house areas looking immaculate.

·          

Experience / Skills of the Porter:

·         Looking after guest needs and maintain polite and courteous attitude.

·         Experience in a similar role, desirable. 

·         A high standard of personal presentation

·         Confident professional and welcoming personality

·         Excellent attention to detail and high standards

Working Hours:

Full-time and Part-time positions covering early, mid and late shifts, 7 days per week.

Job Type: Permanent or seasonal work (suited to students).

Location: Blakeney, Norfolk
