Zan Kaufman founded Bleecker in 2012. We started as a food truck and today we have restaurants and delivery kitchens across London.

Our slogan is: commitment to the burger. We stand for cooking the best burgers in an equal world. We are united, passionate, empowering and diverse. In the past years we have travelled to Stockholm, been on a London Brewery Tour with the truck and collaborated with some of the best chefs and restaurants in London.

Supervisors at Bleecker are vital to the successful running of the site. They are in charge of running great shifts and are experts in Bleecker food quality and service.
