Assistant General Manager job role:

• You embrace learning and developing within your role.
• You are the leader in the shop.
• You are uncompromising on food quality and service.
• You have full knowledge of the brand, are excellent in the kitchen and on food prep and can deliver top-level customer service.
• You inspire the team to deliver awesome food and customer service.
• You are kind.
• You show initiative in driving sales throughout the shift.
• You train new team members to develop and grow.
• You take the reins in the GM’s absence and lead the shop with confidence and pride.
• You are uncompromising on food safety, and all compliance within the shop.

The ideal Assistant General Manager candidate:

• Experience in hospitality at Assistant General Manager level or above.
• Loves working in a team environment.
• Ability to multi-task and think on your feet.
• Calm under pressure.
• Keen to work in the kitchen.
• Loves awesome beef, potatoes and ice cream.
