As a House Porter, you will;

• Consistently achieve the required standards of cleanliness presentation and care in all guest rooms and public areas
• Develop a positive relationship with all guests, colleagues, and visitors
• Ensure the correct level of security for all guest belongings is achieved
• Ensure the guest rooms are stocked and maintained to the required standard
• Ensure your uniform provided is kept clean, presentable and in good condition
• Report any maintenance and IT issues correctly
• Count and distribute linen deliveries around the hotel.
• Reconcile general housekeeping supplies around the hotel
• Act as a support structure for the housekeeping team, responding the varying needs of the department
• Work in line with the needs of the business

About you

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Previous experience of working of a similarly physically demanding role is desirable
