As a House Porter, you will;
- Consistently achieve the required standards of cleanliness presentation and care in all guest rooms and public areas
- Develop a positive relationship with all guests, colleagues, and visitors
- Ensure the correct level of security for all guest belongings is achieved
- Ensure the guest rooms are stocked and maintained to the required standard
- Ensure your uniform provided is kept clean, presentable and in good condition
- Report any maintenance and IT issues correctly
- Count and distribute linen deliveries around the hotel.
- Reconcile general housekeeping supplies around the hotel
- Act as a support structure for the housekeeping team, responding the varying needs of the department
- Work in line with the needs of the business
About you
