Note: The photos listed above are the actual photos of our venue. We are looking for a group of fun staff members that are interested in becoming a part of the hospitality industry and that can handle the challenge of dealing with a high volume of guest.
The jobs are paying salary including 100% of your own personal tips. (No bucket sharing)
Employees may be required to dress in black attire during shifts.

Job Description:
As an employee you would be responsible for preparing mixed beverages, organizing tables, cleaning up and helping out with whatever may be necessary for the establishment at the time. Great service is expected from all employees to help deliver excellent guest experience and financial profitability.
Specifically, as an employee you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards which bring us to your responsibilities and key requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY REQUIREMENTS:
-Clean bars, work areas, and tables.
-Serve wine, and bottled or draft beer.
-Stock bar with beer, wine, liquor, and related supplies such as ice, glassware, napkins, or straws.
-Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
-Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters, to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
-Collect money for drinks served.
-Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.
-Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customers' excessive drinking by taking steps such as persuading customers to stop drinking, or ordering taxis or other transportation for intoxicated patrons.
-Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons.
-Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.
-Ask customers who become loud and obnoxious to leave, or physically remove them.
-Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays.
-Serve snacks or food items to customers seated at the bar.
-Balance cash receipts.
-Create drink recipes.
-Order or requisition liquors and supplies.
-Plan, organize, and control the operations of a cocktail lounge or bar.
-Supervise the work of bar staff and other bartenders.
-Plan bar menus.
-Prepare appetizers such as pickles, cheese, and cold meats.
-Have full knowledge of all menus and beverage menus.
-Have full knowledge of responsible alcohol service.
-Have full knowledge and certification in safe food handling practices.
-Proper setup and breakdown of area and service station.
-Provide the highest quality guest interactions - be pleasant, friendly and polite to everyone.
-Provide cocktail service around the pool.
-Keep working area neat and clean.
-Multi-task several guests and duties at once, maintaining the highest levels of service.
-Take food and beverage orders from guests.
-Enter in orders to the computer ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
-Manage walk-up and seated guests appropriately.
-Prepare beverages for service staff's guests from printed tickets.
-Clean floors, walls and bar area each night.
-Prepare beverages quickly and efficiently, following written and visual standards.
-Follow service standards and best practices at all times.
-Demonstrate excellent teamwork with other departments and associate.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Able to stand for extended periods of time.
-Able to work in tight quarters with other people.
-Able to lift and carry 20 pounds routinely, and up to 40 pounds occasionally.
-Able to walk, sit, stand, squat and reach in the course of daily business.
