We’re looking for a passionate and dynamic General Manager to lead the thriving team at The Bluebird Inn.

The Bluebird Inn is a superb 20-bedroom property located between Blackburn and Preston. With the busy commuting route of the M6 nearby, adjacent commercial business parks, and local trade from Mellor and the surrounding locale, there’s a broad array of customer groups to target and maximise. With its great condition of trade areas, a cosy beer garden, and ample parking, our hotel is positioned in the heart of the community – that’s just waiting to be unlocked by the right leader.

To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience managing multi-unit teams in a fast-paced environment. Experience with letting rooms is beneficial but not essential.
