We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our busy waterside restaurant and great Kitchen Team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable and working well in a fast paced environment.
Your responsibilities as a Chef de Partie:
· Preparing specific food items at your station.
· Following direction provided by Head and Senior Sous Chef.
· Always ensuring high quality food services.
· Keeping your area of the Kitchen safe and sanitary.
· Assisting other areas of the Kitchen when required.
What we are looking for:
· Previous experience or working in a similar role.
· Ability to work well in a team
· Excellent communications skills.
· Knowledge of best practise for safety and sanitation.
· Passion for delivering great food services
· Multitasking and organisational skills.
· Working well in a fast paced environment
