What you'll do:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth shifts.
Support and motivate the team, leading by example
Handle cashing up, stock control, and opening/closing procedures
Train and develop new members of staff
Work alongside your colleagues to create safe enviroment for all
What we look for in a Supervisor:
Previous pub/bar experience is preferred but not necessary
·A hands-on leader with a positive attitude.
Assist in training and guiding new team members.
·Great communication skills / strong people skills
