Server

Servers will be responsible for providing guests with a memorable dining experience in a relentless pursuit to blow people away. They will be expected to uphold our highest standards of hospitality by being welcoming, courteous and professional toward the guests at all times. After completing a comprehensive training program, servers will be expected to use their extensive food and beverage knowledge to bridge a connection for our guests to the food, beverage menu and restaurant culture. They will be expected to provide excellent service in a full section, including executing quality steps of service in an efficient and attentive manner that is meticulous and clean for both our guests and the rest of the staff.

Additionally, servers will be expected to gather personal details about our guests to customize their future dining
experiences. Servers will be responsible for continuing to grow their food and beverage knowledge during the
course of their employment. To be successful in this position, servers must work well in a team environment, display
a sense of urgency, maintain strong communication skills and demonstrate humility. They must have the passion to
go above and beyond expectations to provide every guest with a creative and tailored dining experience.

Previous restaurant experience in a full-service, high-volume environment is preferred.
