Responsibilities
+ Manage the lifecycle of all front-of-the-house employees (hiring, training, development, & performance management)
+ Advocate for the guest experience & uphold the standards of hospitality
+ Responsible for running a high-volume restaurant & assist in the ongoing evaluation & improvement of store operations

Qualifications
+ Spirit of hospitality
+ Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
+ Strong interpersonal & communication skills
+ Management experience in a full-service, high-volume, fine dining restaurant
