Boca is looking to add to its server assistant team!
Boca is entering its 21st year of business and in that time we have been humbled with AAA 4 Diamond Awards, a spot in Opentable’s Top 100 Best Restaurants, the #1 position in Cincinnati Magazine’s Best Restaurants issue & more.
Boca Restaurant Group lives and breathes for the idea of BPA — Blowing People Away. Founded by David Falk in 2001 with the opening of his flagship restaurant, Boca, BRG continues to set the standard for culinary excellence with three distinctly unique restaurant concepts, Boca, Sotto, Nada, & their delivery concept, Domo.
We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion for food, service, & hospitality. We are eager to invite you into our culture of BPA.
Responsibilities
+ Assisting the service team in order to ensure a successful & efficient service
+ Running food from the kitchen to the dining room
+ Stocking all server stations with the necessary items & polishing
+ Clearing and resetting tables
+ Maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room at all times with a sense of urgency.
+ After completing a comprehensive training program, server assistants will be expected to have strong food knowledge, execute
proper food running etiquette & understand table and seat numbers.

Qualifications
+ Work well in a team environment & follow direction
+ Display a spirit of hospitality
+ Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

+ Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required
