Manage all daily operations of the back of the house, including but not limited to inventory financials and strong understanding of every position
Hiring, training, development and performance management
Advocate for the guest experience and uphold company policies and culture
Qualifications
2+ years' of culinary or kitchen experience
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
