Nada, a reimagining of Latin American cuisine with craveable twists on the classics and border-blurring dishes inspired by food from around the globe. We want our guests to escape the ordinary with a bright, bold, and hip space where friends can meet to enjoy tacos, small plates, and more with a menu designed for sharing or sampling different flavors on your own. 

Director of Ops Responsibilities

+ Must be located in/relocatable to Cincinnati, Columbus, Indianapolis, Nashville, or DC

+ High energy and drive for enhancing a concept built around a fun environment and extraordinary flavors. 

+ Responsible for coaching your team leaders to meet operational values and building sales through a people first approach

+ Full P&L responsibility and accountability across all Nada locations

+ Provide support to GMs with regard to guest and employee relations

+ Partners with managers to ensure all policies, procedures and service standards are followed.

+ Will report to the VP of Operations and will assist with strategizing same store growth

+ Flexible schedule with 60% travel 

Qualifications

+ 2+ years multi-unit management experience

+ 5+ years experience managing high-volume, upscale restaurants

+ A entrepreneurial outlook and innovative approach to management objectives

+ Proven history in building and developing teams

+ Strong financial acumen

+ Polished demeanor

+ Creative thinker
