We’re looking for a talented and reliable Chef de Partie to join our small kitchen team in a busy all-day dining restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The restaurant experiences a mix of quiet periods and very busy times, especially during local events, so flexibility and teamwork are key.
This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who takes pride in producing high-quality dishes and wants to grow within a supportive, professional kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes to company standards across all sections
Support the Kitchen Manager and team to deliver consistent quality and service
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety
Assist with stock rotation, prep, and ordering when required
Work efficiently during both busy and quiet periods
About You
Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
Passionate about fresh food and consistent quality
Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Positive attitude and good communication skills
