We are currently looking for an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to join the team at Bombay Bustle, our vibrant Indian restaurant in the heart of Mayfair.

Bombay Bustle celebrates the spirit of India’s diverse culinary landscape, blending refined regional cuisine with bold design and exceptional service. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing site within a dynamic and ambitious group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily Front of House operations to ensure a smooth, high-quality guest experience.
• Manage budgets, labour costs, stock control and inventory.
• Ensure the restaurant is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, site maintenance, and legal compliance (licensing, health & safety, audits).
• Lead recruitment, training, development, and performance management of staff; maintain team morale, standards, and retention.
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews to uphold the venue’s reputation and quality.
• Collaborate with kitchen, finance, and marketing/PR teams to optimise service, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Drive sales, guest retention, and build relationships — including VIPs, influencers, and regular clientele.

• Proven experience in a similar managerial role, ideally in a high-end or luxury restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Polished, confident presence with a guest-focused approach.
