We're seeking a Warehouse Bakery Manager to lead operations at the heart of our St. George commissary and production facility. If you're energized by fast-paced environments, building strong teams, and refining systems for excellence, this is the ideal role for you.

The Role

As Warehouse Bakery Manager, you'll oversee all day-to-day operations of our commissary, managing inventory, baking/prep flow, facility safety, scheduling, cleanliness, logistics, and personnel. You'll ensure that every Bonrue location is stocked with what they need, on time and in perfect condition.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and develop a high-performing commissary team—hiring, scheduling, training, and coaching
  • Oversee baking and prep processes to ensure brand consistency, quality, and pace
  • Manage ingredient, packaging, and supply inventory—tracking usage, ordering, and rotation
  • Maintain impeccable sanitation and safety standards across the warehouse
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness, compliance, and equipment functionality
  • Manage facility maintenance and third-party vendor relationships
  • Monitor refrigeration and temperature logs, and respond proactively to issues
  • Implement and enforce SOPs for all operational and safety procedures
  • Organize and supervise packing and delivery staging for all Bonrue locations
  • Manage logistics—plan routes, schedule drivers, and ensure timely, accurate delivery
  • Receive and inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality
  • Track KPIs and operational metrics to optimize efficiency and reduce waste
  • Identify and implement process improvements to support scale and excellence
  • Communicate daily with leadership through reports, meetings, and digital updates
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and high-accountability work culture

Who You Are
  • Have 4+ years of experience managing warehouse, production kitchen, or commissary operations (food industry preferred)
  • Lead with clarity, consistency, and a hands-on approach
  • Know how to manage people, systems, and timelines under pressure
  • Are organized, detail-oriented, and always a few steps ahead
  • Have a strong working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards
  • Are familiar with inventory tracking and basic reporting software
  • Are comfortable with physical work—lifting, walking, standing, and warehouse navigation
  • Are based in or near St. George, UT, and available for early mornings or weekends as needed
  • Communicate clearly across departments and hold yourself and others accountable
