Shift Supervisor

Boo is recruiting! We already have an experienced management team and hope to recruit Shift Supervisors who can bring expertise and a real drive for excellence. We serve perfect hand-crafted burgers using the finest British and Irish beef, alongside freshly prepared sides and creamy ice-cream shakes! All of our food is freshly prepared in-house every day, the various cuts of Angus beef are ground in-store daily and our soft buns are baked fresh and delivered from a local family bakery. We’re passionate about quality and service, and this should be the outstanding attribute of all employees. We aim to create a vibrant and electric environment, where team members thrive and managers lead and develop into senior positions within the organisation.

Shift Supervisor Details:
The Shift Supervisor will support the Assistant Manager/Store Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant. You will help monitor and shape the dynamic team we continue to create, and work alongside them serving perfect food whilst maintaining exceptionally high cleanliness standards. You will represent the restaurant with inspiring leadership, passion, energy and knowledge, ensuring every customer has a great experience whether that’s in store or online.
