Sales Manager/Business Development Manager


Description
SCOPE:
•  Working with the General Manager, agree associated OUTBOUND pre-booked revenue goals for Boom Battle Bar Coventry across consumer group bookings and corporate sales.
• Manage the business development process End to End from lead generation through to event execution for BBB Coventry  to achieve agreed goals 
• Work closely with the Operations team in your designated venue to ensure sales and event execution are aligned.
• Generate a consistent new business pipeline, producing performance reports & forecasts
• Research and develop structured contact mapping specific to  Boom Battle Bar Coventry geography in line with product and proposition opportunities
• Build expansive new networks to open-up opportunities and accelerate growth. 
• Set up face to face meetings with prospective clients to sell in venue offer
• Execute bespoke events that showcase the offer and drive awareness and interest as well as attend and engage in local networking/business communities.
• Execute a fortnightly industry night
• Recommend affiliates to central team to add to the affiliate pool and respond to leads generated by these 3rd parties for BBB Coventry
• Lead and manage all pitches – process & resource, write and deliver pitch decks and proposals as well as carry out post pitch analysis
• Build and facilitate sales with local brand ambassadors and sponsorships
• Track ROI and build business cases as required
• Accurately update and maintain our customer database [HUBSPOT] ensuring all prospects, datapoints, conversations and outcomes are recorded.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Everyone knows who you are! You will have an established network of contacts within the hospitality industry, and a professional/extensive relationship with the corporate entertainment & team building decision makers in your City. 
• You will work 4 days in your designated Sales & Events Manager role – but you must work Friday or Saturday in your designated venue – supporting your General Manager with manging the team.   
• This isn’t an 9-5 role – you will be fully flexible and available to work during the venues operating hours. 
• Handle all inbound group consumer and corporate enquiries
