  • Excellent business acumen & financial understanding.

ABOUT THE ROLE.

As General Manager, you’ll lead the venue to deliver world class guest service and maximize income across our games and F&B. The General Manager with support of Assistant General Manager will effectively supervise, direct, and lead the entire 100+ team to ensure guest experience is at the heart of what we do!

RESPONSIBILITIES – WHAT YOU DO.

  • Lead, monitor and manage happy and high performing team, to ensure our team remains engaged and in love with what they do.
  • Have a handle on all recruitment, on-boarding, training, scheduling, performance management, brand standard and quality control.
  • New Business Development – implementation of each venues marketing plan including up-selling, outreach activities, lead generation and in store experience
  • Take ownership of the venue and make It the "go to" venue In and around (Location).
  • Build a culture were staff our appreciated and proud of the work we do. Keeping staff churn to a minimum.
  • Identify "rock stars" In the team and support their development to become the Managers of tomorrow.
  • Deliver an immersive and engaging world class hospitality experience.
  • Manage all aspects of maintenance, health, and safety.
  • Exceed your sales targets and smash your EBITDA targets.
  • Work with Operations Manager on long term vision and strategy for your venue, making each quarter more successful than the last.
  • Save the day when guests expectations have not been met, handle complaints and implement change where required.
  • Remain accountable for all Health and Safety standards and Alcohol license requirements.
