ABOUT THE ROLE.

Are you ready to shake things up and lead an extraordinary team of bartenders? We're searching for a true master of the craft to inspire and guide our incredible team of bartenders as well as someone who has recent experience as a Bar Manager within the hospitality industry. 

You'll have an unwavering eye for detail and the ability to bring out the best in your team through coaching and training. Our business thrives on corporate events, and we need someone who can proactively orchestrate large-scale gatherings without breaking a sweat.

What sets you apart? Your dedication to team development and an unwavering belief in unleashing everyone's full potential, regardless of their time with the brand. 

Your responsibilities will include creating rotas, managing stock, and expertly guiding your team! Your organisational skills will be second to none, ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks while overseeing both the venue and your team. You'll be a pro at everything related to GP controls, labor budgets, and effectively managing controllable and fixed costs.

WHAT WE OFFER.

• Drinks, food, and games for you on us Sunday to Thursday (just don't take the p***)
