Our Company 

Caffe Carluccios is a new and exciting Coffee Shop situated inside Sainsburys in St Albans. We're looking for dedicated Team Members who put the guest at the heart of everything they do. As part of Caffe Carluccios you are joining an exciting business that hosts some amazing brands including GBK, Slim Chickens and Carluccio’s to name a few.  At Caffe Carluccios we provide excellent standards and service to our guests and we know that the experience our guests receive will only be as good as the people who deliver it, and this is where you can get in on the action!  

While each position is critical to our success, the real power comes in the creation of a team and teamwork as this is what makes us the success we are today, and a bigger success tomorrow. 

As a Barista / Team Member you are a crucial part of our business as you deal with our guests on a daily basis, so their experience is in your hands. You could be explaining our menu, making drinks, working on the till, delivering orders to tables, or helping to keep the store clean and tidy. Whatever role you are doing it’s an important one.
