About the role
We’re looking for an epic General Manager to lead our team, sprinkling a little magic to make the café an incredible place to visit. Our General Managers are responsible for running their cafés as though they are their own businesses – with real care and determination. We’re looking for a General Manager who will be honest, open and empathetic with the team. We believe that working together – looking after our people and the planet, will result in a sustainable, profitable business.
All our General Managers are supported by one of our Operations Managers and the wider BTP team to ensure you have all the tools you need ace it.
We believe that a balance between work and play is essential for human happiness, that's why we don't ask our people to work late or do split shifts.

You’ll be people-focused (customer and team) with an eye for all the details that take a café from great to incredible. You’ll believe that brilliant customer service delivers loyal customers, and you’ll take care of them time and time again. Whether that’s getting involved in charitable projects or becoming best mates with neighbouring businesses.
