With its grand marbled reception hall, exquisite chandeliers, and an elegant glass atrium designed to host up to 288 guests, Botleys Mansion offers a truly breathtaking setting for luxury weddings.

The Role 

We are seeking enthusiastic, personable, and confident individuals to join our team as Sales Managers. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming prospective couples during our open days, guiding them through the venue, and inspiring them to book their wedding at Botleys Mansion. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a beautiful setting while helping to create unforgettable experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting private tours for couples during dedicated open days which occur at weekends, ensuring they receive a warm and engaging welcome.
  • Understanding each couple’s vision and helping them see how Botleys Mansion can bring their dream wedding to life.
  • Providing detailed information on venue spaces, packages, and pricing options.
  • Answering questions and addressing any concerns with professionalism and confidence.
  • Building rapport with potential clients, ensuring they feel valued and inspired to choose our venue.
  • Working towards sales targets, with incentives for securing bookings.

  • A natural passion for exceptional customer service, with an ability to connect with couples on a personal level.
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, professional manner.
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure a seamless and polished experience for prospective clients.
  • A positive, solutions-focused approach – while we can’t say yes to everything, we strive to make dreams a reality.
  • Impeccable presentation and a warm, welcoming demeanor.
  • Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or luxury customer service is advantageous but not essential – full training will be provided.
