• Provide exceptional guest service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Oversee the night operations of the venue, ensuring all areas are secure, clean, and well-prepared for the following day.
• Support the evening team with event handovers, ensuring seamless transitions and adherence to schedules.
• Carry out nightly inspections of the venue to ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards.
• Respond to emergencies efficiently, taking the lead in fire evacuation or other critical situations.
• Monitor and support the setup or breakdown of events as required.
• Complete administrative tasks, including handover reports and incident logs, accurately and promptly.

• Previous experience in a hospitality or event operations role.
• A calm and professional demeanor, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and fire regulations is desirable.
