We are seeking for enthusiastic, positive individuals who will give a great first impression to our guests!
The host is responsible for greeting guests at the door. The host seats and presents clean menus to guests in a friendly, professional and quick manner.
The host has to manage Open table as well.

Responsibilities:

Greets and seats guests, presents menus to guests.
Treats all guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strives to exceed guests' expectations.
Takes names on a waiting list.
Runs the floor plan board.
Observes tables and keeps track of clean, dirty and occupied tables.
Takes guest information and quotes wait times to guests accurately when tables are not immediately available.
Organize and stocks menus at host area.
Answers phone and answers questions concerning the menu and restaurant.
Interacts with guests as they arrive and as they leave the restaurant to ensure positive dining experience.
Performs other duties as directed.

Qualifications:

Displays a pleasant and cheerful disposition.
Smile .
Able to communicate professionally and effectively with both guests and staff.
Must be able to stand and or walk for long periods of time without sitting.
Must be able to determine wait time based on restaurant procedures.
Must be able to visually scan restaurant for clean, unoccupied tables.
Must be able to change the floor plan on the spot ( in case of cancelations or walk ins )
Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant.
Organization and multi-tasking skills.
An enthusiastic and outgoing demeanor.
Ability to work as a team player.
