We are looking for a Maître d’, or as we call it at Boulebar, a Shift Leader. In this role, you lead the restaurant team and are responsible for operations during your shift. You ensure that all employees understand what is expected of them and that each individual has the opportunity and space to grow. We believe you share our view that service is always the top priority — and that you genuinely love working with people.

• You have strong ability to lead a team during service

• You are experienced in engaging with guests and ensuring their entire visit is truly excellent

• You are structured, solution-oriented, and able to maintain an overall perspective of the entire restaurant

• You have at least 2 years of experience as a Maître d’ or in a similar leadership role
