Working directly with our Head Chef, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality banqueting experience for our wedding guests. If you're ready to take the next step in your career within a supportive and growing company – this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the Head and Sous Chef with the daily running of the kitchen

• Producing fine dining-style dishes for weddings and special events to the highest standard

• Leading the kitchen in the absence of senior chefs

• Assisting with the training and mentoring of junior and casual team members

• Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards, with up-to-date knowledge of allergens and relevant legislation

• Working a fair rotation of shifts across the year – no split shifts, just structured breakfast and evening service hours

• Managing pre-orders received 30 days in advance, allowing you to plan, order correctly, and prepare confidently for each wedding day

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a pre-planned, event-focused kitchen
