We’re Hiring – Join the Kitchen Team at Bourton Hall!

We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Evening Kitchen Assistant to support our busy kitchen team at Bourton Hall, a stunning wedding venue with a from-scratch cooking ethos.

This is a casual, flexible role with shifts spread across the week. Weekend availability is essential, and longer hours are often available during the busy summer season.

It’s a perfect role for someone looking to get started in the kitchen and learn from a team of talented chefs.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Washing up and keeping the kitchen clean and tidy

  • Helping with basic food prep (washing, peeling, chopping)

  • Cleaning down equipment and surfaces

  • Managing kitchen waste correctly

  • Receiving and storing deliveries

  • Supporting the chefs during evening service


What We’re Looking For:

  • A positive, can-do attitude

  • Willingness to work hard and be part of a team

  • Flexibility across evenings and weekends

  • No experience needed – full training provided

  • Full-time hours may be available for the right person
