As a Kitchen Assistant, you’ll be a vital part of our culinary operation. While some washing up is involved, the main focus is on helping our chefs prepare delicious, from-scratch dishes for our weddings and events. You’ll gain hands-on experience with:
Bread making
Prepping fresh ingredients
Learning traditional and modern cooking techniques
Supporting chefs during busy services
