We are seeking a Banqueting Manager to lead our front of house team, ensuring everything from the canapé reception to the wedding breakfast, evening buffet, and breakfast the following morning is delivered to perfection.

About the Role
As Banqueting Manager, you will:
Manage and motivate the Front of House team, working with the Personal Wedding Manager to execute the perfect wedding.
Oversee canapé, food service to ensure flawless delivery.
Ensure waiting staff are fully briefed and knowledgeable about menus and drinks.
Complete staff rotas and handle front of house staffing requirements.
Support in set-up, service, cleaning down, and monthly deep cleans.
Carry out a monthly stock take and ensure accurate reporting to the Venue Manager.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
Has transferable skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
Is detail-oriented with a flair for presentation and dining room set-up.
Has strong organisational and rota management skills.
Delivers excellent customer service with a focus on creating lasting impressions.
Ideally has 1+ year of catering or hospitality experience.
