About the role - Banqueting Manager
Main duties
· To manage the waiting staff so that the Personal Wedding Manager can devote their time to running an event
· To complete Rotaring and deal with any Front of House staffing issues
· To oversee the food and canape service
· To ensure the waiting team have a good knowledge of food and beverages served at each event
· To ensure smooth running of food and canape service
· To participate in all preparation, cleaning down and all waiting duties along with monthly deep cleans
. Complete a monthly stock take on 1st of every month and ensure the completed spreadsheet is sent to the Venue Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £28,500.00 per year
