In 2011 we created the world’s first pop-up dining and shopping destination in the heart of Shoreditch before opening venues in other iconic locations in Croydon, Wembley and in 2024 we opened in Liverpool, Camden and our newest concept Boxhall in the City of London.

THE JOB

Reporting to the Head of Digital & Technology, the candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of all user accounts, software platforms and devices (inc desktop and mobile) across primarily Apple as well as Windows operating systems, whilst providing technical support, troubleshooting and training across all key departments. Primarily based in Shoreditch this is a fast paced role which will require weekly visits to each site with the opportunity to work from home on Fridays. Key responsibilities include…

  • Deploying software, creating user groups and operating system policies across the entire estate.

  • Installing, configuring and maintaining software, hardware, network and application components alongside key suppliers

  • 1st / 2nd line support, diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware and networking issues

  • Ensuring proper and secure storage, backup and retrieval of data

  • Replacing and upgrading outdated or defective components across various hardware (commercial screens etc)

  • Identifying and implementing new strategies for optimal IT operations

  • Enforcing and maintaining security best practices

  • Inventory and asset management including licensing

  • Documenting internal processes for achieving optimal performance of systems whilst building out a structured training programme

  • Plan and coordinate project work as required

THE CANDIDATE

  • Proven experience in a Systems Administrator, Network Administrator or Desktop Support role

  • Min 2 years experience with Google Workspace

  • Min 2 years experience in Apple, Windows, iOS and Android operating systems

  • Min 2 years experience with MDM / UEM systems across Apple and Windows

  • Min 2 years experience with cloud based IdP systems

  • Understanding of system security and data recovery

  • Knowledge of networking and databases

  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Experience of using a service management framework e.g. ITIL, is desirable.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Resourcefulness and ability to work under pressure
