In 2011 we created the world’s first pop-up dining and shopping destination in the heart of Shoreditch before opening venues in other iconic locations in Croydon, Wembley and in 2024 we opened in Liverpool and Camden.

The role:
To support the General and Assistant General Manager in running the team in order to maintain a successful profitable business. The ideal candidate will have proven high volume bar management experience.
You will manage a team of supervisors, bar staff, security, drive standards and sales, you will deputise as AGM in your GM’s absence.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating the bars throughout the site
Delivering budgeted top line sales and ensuring that this is converted in to profit through tight stock control
Managing a team whilst driving engagement and personal development
Working with the site management team to execute safe and profitable large-scale event days
Work within the company budgets relating to drinks, labour & consumables, to provide the standard of service and guest experience required.
Manage all aspects of the bar service within the premises in order to anticipate and exceed guest expectations, spearhead initiatives, incentives and bonuses tailored to maximise the guest experience.
The Ideal Candidate for this role
A proven track record in managing a high volume, large turnover bar operation
Confident, articulate and highly-motivated
Well-trained with a good understanding of H&S and due diligence
Honest, reliable and hard-working
A high level of personal integrity
Passionate and proactive
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong people skills
Able to build strong working relationships with team members and tenants
An understanding of event production and marketing
Organised with high attention to detail
Hold a personal licence
Have an in depth knowledge of stock taking and epos system
