We currently have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our reservations team and help our guests book their perfect break in Cornwall. It’s a small friendly team with lots of support and help, regular excuses for cake in the office, and an opportunity for personal growth in a thriving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Join our team helping our guests find the perfect holiday.

You will be responsible for handling bookings and enquires via e-mail, telephone, live chat, and social media. Helping guests with enquiries about their stay, from paying their balance, refunding security deposits, and helping with information about the property before, during and after their stay.

Experience:

Ideally you will have experience in a similar hospitality environment, delivering high customer service, teamed with an understanding of the gorgeous coastlines and attractions Cornwall has to offer personalise the guest experience.

We are looking for candidates who have a good working knowledge of computer programs including Word, Excel and Outlook, English & Maths GCSE Grade A-C (or equivalent), a full clean driving licence and the ability to work full time, including weekends (Saturdays) on a regular basis.
