At the heart of the Club is the Brasserie, offering an irresistible menu inspired by Mediterranean flavours and seasonal dishes. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and service-driven Assistant Manager to join our Brasserie team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to support the leadership and daily operation of one of the Club’s busiest outlets. Working closely with the General Manager and Restaurant Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional service standards, driving team performance, and ensuring a memorable experience for every member and guest.
