Server Requirements:
• Minimum of two years experience in a restaurant.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Remember orders with accuracy.
• Operate POS system.
• Ability to memorize menu items and wine list.
• Work under pressure and in a cohesive team environment.
• Exercise patience and diplomacy.
• Provide service efficiently and expediently while conveying a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Honest and reliable.
