The role of Senior Chef De Partie: 

  • Cooking seasonal classic European cuisine, using quality fresh ingredients. 
  • Oversee the pastry section, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and efficiency. 
  • Take a hands-on approach to food preparation, ensuring that dishes are executed to perfection and in accordance with established standards. 
  • Take responsibility for maintaining impeccable standards of food presentation, taste, and safety within your station. 
  • Train and supervise all Demi and Commis Chefs in the pastry section, fostering collaboration and efficiency. 
  • Working as part of a professional team within a well-organised kitchen. 

We're looking for a Senior Chef De Partie who: 

  • Has previous experience as a Senior Chef De Partie or Chef De Partiewithin a similar kitchen be environment – fresh food and high volume. 
  • In-depth knowledge of classical French cuisines, pastry techniques, and food safety standards. 
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse team. 
  • Is able to work calmly and efficiently in a busy kitchen environment. 
  • Has the Right to Work in the UK.
