Brasserie Zédel has been revitalised to its spectacular Art Deco roots, serving as a traditional French brasserie with an accommodating ‘Prix-Fixe’ menu at remarkably low prices.  

We are holding a Front of House Recruitment Open Day on WEDNESDAY 8TH APRIL. The event begins at 9:30am, so please arrive on time and be expected to stay until approximately 12:30pm.

Zedel has four different parts - our large Brasserie which is open for lunch and dinner - Bar Americain, our signature cocktail bar often mentioned as one of the best in London - Crazy Coqs, our live music and event space, showcasing two shows every evening and Zedel Cafe, our ground floor, all-day-dining Parisian cafe. 

We are actively recruiting for:

  • Commis and Demi Chef de Partie) - Salaries from £14.21 - £15.71ph
  • Chef de Partie & Senior CDP - Salaries from £17.21ph - £20.21ph
  • Sous Chef - Salaries from £20.91ph
