Job Description:
As an IT Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving innovation and operational excellence by implementing new technologies and optimizing system processes. You’ll serve as both a hands-on technical lead and a strategic partner, helping to evolve and support the systems that power some of the most loved restaurants in Ohio (and soon: beyond). Your work will directly enhance the guest experience and support our vision of sharing joy, delicious food and operating restaurants of distinctively high quality. From point-of-sale and digital ordering systems to data integration and operational software, you will be the primary point of contact for internal and external teams. The right candidate will be resourceful, have exceptional potential, take ownership of their work and be motivated to make our organization better, in ways big and small.
