We are looking for an experienced wine manager to lead wine service and team, developing the restaurant culture and knowledge of our wine list and approach. Working closely with the Head of Wine and our wine partners to develop an effective and exciting seasonal wine list, creating and managing our by the glass offering.
The role will be based in our vibrant Brat x Climpson's Arch, where we are open Tuesday-Sunday, The outdoor ovens, eclectic collection of our events posters on the walls and delicious dishes make for a truly dynamic space to work with a passionate and fun team.
The right candidate will have experience in leading and developing a strong and engaging wine team, will be comfortable to lead of team briefings and wine training for the teams. They will also have a competent knowledge of the industry, producers and suppliers and be responsible for managing those key relationships.
