Brat x Climpson’s Arch opens for service from Wednesday to Sunday, which means we have the space on Monday and Tuesdays for private hire. We’re seeking a skilled sales manager to market the space, build relationships with partners and manage events on the site. This is a role for someone who loves to be organised, and run smooth operations. At
What you’ll be doing:
Conducting neighbourhood outreach and driving sales and events at the site.You will be generating ideas, setting objectives, and defining the scope of events.
Collaborating with the General Manager to understand targets and achieve quarterly objectives.
Overseeing all aspects of pre-event planning through to post-event analysis.
Providing leadership during events, being present on the day to address any challenges and ensure the smooth running of the event within budget and time constraints.
Producing detailed proposals for events, including timelines, suppliers, legal obligations, and staffing requirements.
Coordinating with the creative team to promote events.
Managing the team of staff working at the event, ensuring everyone is briefed on expectations.
What you’ll bring:
Passion and knowledge of restaurants, good cooking, good sourcing of food and drink are a great headstart. But most important is the appetite to learn, grow and be a part of building the most exciting restaurant group in London.
3 years of experience in sales and events planning.
Demonstrable experience in running events and working with external suppliers.
Confident in sales and outreach in order to build partnerships.
Flexibility to work varied shifts across 5 out of 7 days.
