Hampton by Hilton Newcastle is now recruiting for a part time Breakfast Cook.

The perfect candidate will have catering experience and is confident working alone in the kitchen. Cleaning proficiency is a must. This role is to cover breakfast shift hours from 6am both weekdays and weekends on a rota basis. There is no scratch cooking required. This role is for 30 hours per week across 5 shifts.

Main Roles & Responsibilities

·        Cook a range of hot breakfast items, and pastries to specification.

·        Ensure the breakfast buffet is presented to a high standard and is fully stocked.

·        Able to work in all areas of Breakfast service, including tables, breakfast buffet and dish washing.

·        Complete all food safety compliance checks and record logs.

·        Complete and maintain cleanliness & hygiene standards in the kitchen.

·        Receive deliveries & ensure stock rotation.

·        Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely.

 You will have 'Hamptonality' 

• Great energy and a can-do attitude.
• Great with people, and you love chatting with guests too.
• Skilled multitasker who can balance hard work with great service.
• Clear communicator fluent in English.

Useful Experience

• Commercial kitchen cooking experience.
• Knowledge of Food Safety
