Job Description
The Brechtel Hospitality Marketing Manager coordinates the marketing activities and initiatives of the company’s concepts, including but not limited to Copper Vine, Bon Fire Events, Fulton Alley and Vintage Rock Club. This person should be detail-oriented and have a solid understanding of marketing techniques and basic graphic design processes with a keen interest in providing a consistent brand voice across all marketing activities. The Marketing Manager collaborates with Brechtel Hospitality team members to develop unique marketing strategies for assigned concepts. They are responsible for implementing marketing plans, establishing and maintaining local store marketing efforts and managing all marketing communications across multiple channels.
Top candidates will exhibit critical thinking skills, strong problem-solving skills, and a meticulous attention to detail. The Marketing Manager is expected to be a creative individual with fantastic communication skills and excellent time management.

The Marketing Manager works closely with Creative Director to plan content calendars and post on all social platforms. In leveraging existing tools like Planoly, they create regular publishing schedules to promote unique content through social advertising. They will also respond to and engage guests on all social media platforms to grow followers and follow up on all guest feedback. The Marketing Manager will present the company’s brand in a positive, authentic way at all times that will attract today’s modern, discerning, hyper-connected users.
Content Creation & Publishing
The Marketing Manager will assist in the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content, including content on the various concept’s websites. They will work in partnership with the team to integrate all channels of marketing (social media, SEO, email, print and digital marketing) to meet objectives for all public-facing communications, while simultaneously ensuring the brands are promoted with a consistent voice.
Graphic Design
The Marketing Manager is proficient in graphic design requirements which include but are not limited to: menu design; email campaigns; social and website design; branded/promotional items; advertising; in-store promotional collateral; invitation design; format printing; training procedures and documents, hiring materials, etc. They work with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas for small and large scale social & digital campaigns and ensure all brand standards are applied to every design and all production work.
Marketing Discovery & Initiatives
The Marketing Manager will help establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments. They should also consistently analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies for the promotion of Brechtel Hospitality’s concepts.
Local Store Marketing & Community Outreach
The Marketing Manager must promote the brands within the four walls and outside in the local community. They assist in generating increased sales and guest counts through in-house and outreach efforts by establishing relationships with area businesses, hotels and condominiums. Community leadership and participation (both online and offline) are integral to the Marketing Manager’s success
Administration
The Marketing manager is responsible for office organization, One-Drive management, record & asset retention, etc. They effectively manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure and within budget, consistently and efficiently.
