You’ll lead by example—motivating your team, maintaining high service standards, and stepping in wherever needed to keep things running seamlessly. With a strong commercial awareness, you’ll help drive sales, control costs, and ensure compliance with RedCat’s operational procedures.
When you’re on duty, you’re the go-to person for both guests and staff, making quick, confident decisions that keep service flowing and everyone happy.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight – Manage the day-to-day running of the venue during your shift, ensuring smooth service across all areas.
Team Leadership – Supervise, motivate, and support staff to deliver excellent guest experiences.
Guest Relations – Be visible on the floor, engaging with guests, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
Safety & Compliance – Carry out health, safety, and licensing checks, addressing any concerns promptly.
Financial Awareness – Monitor sales, oversee cash handling, and control costs where possible.
Communication – Act as the link between shifts, ensuring important information is passed on to relevant teams and managers.
Problem-Solving – Respond quickly to operational challenges, keeping service disruption to a minimum.
Standards & Presentation – Ensure the venue is clean, well-presented, and operating to RedCat’s brand standards at all times.
