Standing proud just off the A6 in Fairhill - Bedford, we have plenty of outdoor seating with shelters and heating so guests can soak up the ambience while enjoying yummy food & drink with live entertainment on selective days.
Your role as Commis Chef:
As Commis Chef you'll be an essential part of the kitchen team, working across all sections.
Your main duties will involve:
- Prepare, cook and present perfect food in accordance with company standards therefore exceeding guest satisfaction at every eating occasion
- Taking PRIDE in maintaining highest standards of cleanliness and safety
- Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations at all times
- Adhering accurately and consistently to portion controls
- Carrying out stock rotation to ensure all food items are within their shelf life, including maintaining correct storage conditions
- Ensuring the kitchen operation is maintained to the highest of standards with regards to cleanliness and maintenance
