Your role as Deputy General Manager:

  • Overall management of the taproom, pub, restaurant and events in the absence of the Manager
  • Maintain front of house standards and drive excellence in food, service and drink quality
  • Adhere to all legislative requirements for people, safety, licensing and maintenance of records
  • Conduct regular stock counts and compare to usage reports including waste records to identify opportunities for tighter control
  • Create and maintain a motivated team with excellent standards identifying talent and ensuring succession

What we are looking for:

  • The ability to deliver excellent customer service and great team work in a fast paced and pressurised environment.
  • Energy and motivation to successfully lead and inspire your team
  • Self-motivation with excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Previous experience in a management or leadership role within the hospitality industry
  • A passion for the industry and the challenges that come with it
  • Energy and motivation to successfully lead and inspire your team
