About us:
Located in leafy Barnes a stones-throw from Hammersmith Bridge, The Bridge (recently acquired by Young’s) is a welcome respite from London's bustle, run by captain of our ship landlord George with his cracking team. We’re looking a Head Chef who has a passion for crafting a fresh food offer, whilst leading & developing their team. We’re a friendly, local pub, in a lovely welcoming neighbourhood. We’re looking for our menus to be brimming with seasonal fresh British produce, nostalgic pub classic, and plenty of impressive proper pub classic bar snacks to treat our drinkers. We’re truly individual; beautiful open fire, a gorgeous Boathouse dining room and walled garden. So special in fact, we also play host to weddings and event hire from time-to-time.
